HISTORY
An encountre between past and present
Joan Ribas (Portmany) and his wife, Lourdes Tur, discovered this remote spot 42 years ago. They started a small beach bar called Ses Boques in 1974.
Her passion for food, the place, and its hospitality were the perfect ingredients to start this small project.
Every guest at Ses Boques feels the warm welcome offered by its owners, and everyone who finds themselves in this magical cove relaxes and enjoys their free time with high-quality Ibizan cuisine. The restaurant we know today was built in 1987. And word of mouth spread… And thanks to word of mouth, people began to discover the restaurant. Today, it’s one of the favorite places for island residents.

Simply reach the church of Es Cubells, follow the road signs, and enjoy the beautiful views of the bay. After 1 km, you’ll see a blue sign on your left next to a hill that will lead you to our parking lot.
